Great, you’ve got a coupon! Let’s get you started. Coupons and promo codes are all applied during the payment step of booking a service.

Add a Promo code to Your Account

Promo codes can also be added to your account to use later. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your dashboard by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Dashboard.

2. Select Apply Promo Code.

3. Enter your promotional code. Select Redeem. 

A couple of things to keep in mind:

• Even if you’re paying exclusively through a promotional offer, Rover requires that you enter your credit card information. This just verifies that you’re a real person when you book. But don’t worry, your credit card will not be charged if the promotion covers the entire cost of the booking.
• Most promotions and offers are for new Rover pet owners only, and there’s a limit of one per household.
